It’s my purpose and passion. Helping couples create one of the most milestone celebrations of their lives is a total privilege. My aim, no matter how big or small my involvement, is to make your wedding design journey easier and the actual experience of your day for you and your guests so much better and more memorable than you dared imagine.

I am the founder and creative mind behind Toast. I’ve been designing, styling, propping and furnishing weddings across West Sussex and beyond for over 12 years. It’s not just a dream job. It’s my purpose and passion. Helping couples create one of the most milestone celebrations of their lives is a total privilege. My aim, no matter how big or small my involvement, is to make your wedding design journey easier and the actual experience of your day for you and your guests so much better and more memorable than you dared imagine.
I mean if I’m going to be involved in your wedding day, you’re going to want to make sure I’m your kind of person, right? So, what am I doing when I’m not up a ladder, prop shopping or dreaming up ideas for weddings? You’ll find me with my two daughters.
I’ll be in the woods making dens, in the fields with their ponies, up a mountain with a snowboard strapped to my feet or on the sofa watching a good movie. I’m a home body, a lover of good food, 90’s house music, a spontaneous adventure, the countryside, sunny holidays and a slightly unhealthy obsession with collecting clothes (otherwise known as retail therapy).
I’m Nikki, founder and creative mind behind Toast. I’ve been designing, styling, propping and furnishing weddings across West Sussex and beyond for over 10 years. It’s a dream job that to this day I still pinch myself its mine!
My passion is creating beautiful weddings, weddings that clearly bare the unique hallmark of the couple saying their vows. I’m passionate about style with longevity, authenticity and meaning, and I encourage my couples to follow their hearts and values, not fads and trends. While I love the traditional elements of a wedding, I don’t feel my couple’s day should be bound by them. My aim is to help you create a seamless aesthetic for your day filled with thoughtful details, sensory experiences and personal finishing touches that will make unforgettable memories for you and your guests to cherish for years to come.
