Styling your wedding ‘should’ be an exciting experience. However not everyone has the confidence, the time or the know-how to style their own wedding. It can be pretty overwhelming to know where to even begin and that’s where I come in. I bring the expertise, the creativity, the contacts, not to mention a barn jam packed with props and furniture to the party. My services aim to help you transform your venue to reflect your distinctive style and personality, give you peace of mind that the details are taken care of and take the stress out making sure everything comes together on the day.

Toast Signature Design & Style

From concept through to execution, the Toast Signature Styling Service is all about providing complete peace of mind when it comes to designing how your day will look and most importantly making it all happen as smoothly and stress free as possible.

This service best suits stylish, time-savvy couples that want a day truly reflective of their personal style but require professional support and expertise to take the designing, planning, logistics and execution out of their hands. They want to be involved and feel a part of the journey but without having to worry about the details, admin and logistics of bringing everything together on the day.

I will guide and support you through the whole process. We start by working closely together so I can develop a design concept that truly reflects your own personal style as a couple. I’ll provide inspiration and ideas for stunning details and personalised finishing touches that can be incorporated through every aspect of your day. I then take care of all the planning and logistics in the run up to the day to ensure a smooth set up. When the day arrives, I take care of all the logistics and on the day styling and set up to ensure the vision is realised. And that’s not all, we’ll also oversee the de-rig the following day so you can Honeymoon in confidence that all has been taken care of professionally. 

Styling Consultation – Our initial meeting is all about getting to know each other, understanding your vision and the elements of the day that are most important to you. We’ll discuss ideas, address any worries or concerns and start developing a design for your day that’s authentically and distinctively ‘you’.

Concept Development and Styling Document – My visual styling document will break down and provide ideas for every styled aspect of your day. From the wedding breakfast tables, cake display, to the ceremony backdrop and table plan, the initial document will be brimming with ideas that I’ll work with you to hone and polish over time until we have a fully comprehensive styling brief of how your wedding will look. This document will become our ‘wedding bible’ and used to help brief other suppliers such as your florist, caterers and cake maker to ensure a seamless look for your day. 

Venue Recce -A meeting at your wedding venue to ‘walk through’ the ideas outlined in the styling document, offer help and guidance with prop and décor placement, ensure the logistics are practical and establish a plan of action to ensure a smooth set up ahead of the day.

Supplier sourcing & coordination – Having worked with some amazing wedding suppliers over the years, I can recommend the creatives we trust implicitly to go above and beyond in helping to bring the vision for your day to life. I will take care of supplier briefing, liaison and overseeing any ‘on the day’ instillations.

Sourcing materials & props – Having a wedding designer and stylist that also hold the keys to a prop barn full of props and furniture has got to have its advantages! I’ll take care of planning all the decorative details and sourcing the required materials props, and furniture required. The likelihood is that if Toast doesn’t have it, I’ll know someone that does! You’ll also be invited to the prop barn to see the props and furniture in person. This is where we can mock up any aspect of your day from ceremony to table design to help you visualise how the details will look.

Personal Shopper – a personal shopping service to purchase decorative items such as candles, tableware, favours and confetti on your behalf (cost of items will be charged additionally)

Set up & style – A full day of venue styling and prop placement to set up your wedding. We’ll also bring along our bottomless kit bag and all required materials and tools. Some aspects of your day may require additional hours and/or members of staff which may require an extra charge to cover time and manpower.

Breakdown – Sore head? No problem! We’ll come back the day after the wedding to take everything down, oversee any third party de rigs and gather and package up all ‘Toast’ props and decor so you don’t have to.

Ongoing support – I’ll be on hand via email, phone, zoom and WhatsApp at any time during the process should you want to discuss any aspect of you wedding design

The cost for this service starts from £1,900.00

Please note that the cost of this service is subject to consideration of factors such as amount of guests, venue location and logistics, design elements involved and manpower required to realise and execute the final design.

Props and furniture hire are not included.

Lend a Hand - Set Up & Style

 

This package is designed for those who are keen to design their wedding themselves but would like a professional pair of hands and a keen eye for detail to style their decor, lay out the finishing touches and bring the vision to life for them on the actual day.

Couples with limited or only ‘on the day’ access to their venue and want peace of mind that all their wedding décor will be set up and styled exactly how they envisage

Couples that know exactly how they want their day to look but need help to set up and style their wedding décor and don’t want to rely on family and friends

Couples that want to relax and soak up the morning of their wedding with confidence that all their wedding décor is in safe hands and will be ready for their arrival

Prior to your wedding day together we’ll devise an ‘on the day’ action plan that details exactly what needs to be done to ensure all your wedding decor looks exactly how you imagine. The plan will nail down your prop placement (both props hired from Toast and the items you’ve collected yourself) to listing all those last minute tasks and finishing touches that can only be done on the day, such as placing signage, lighting candles, assembling table plans, laying out your order of service, favours and place names etc. I can even stay onsite should you need a reliable pair of hands to repurpose any of your wedding décor. Should you wish, I can also oversee any third-party suppliers such as florist, cake maker, caterers, lighting should they require any direction or assistance on the day. Armed with my bottomless kit bag I’ll arrive at your venue on the morning of your wedding and put our plan into action ensuring that every last detail is styled to perfection. Not only that but I’ll also return the following day to gather and package up ‘Toast’ props so you don’t have to

– 2 hours of on the day styling assistance – At this stage we won’t really know how many hours of my time you will need, but we can discuss your ‘to do list’ and I can give you an estimate for my time and as your plans unfold should you need more/less we can adapt the cost as necessary. 

– Setting up and styling any props you have hired from The Toast; any third party hire companies and any of your own.

– Acting as main point of contact during set up and working alongside your third-party wedding suppliers – florist, cake maker, lighting, venue etc to ensure their set up meets your brief

– Contingency props (I always bring extra props and items so that I have additional back up options on the day)

– Tools and materials, unless specialist equipment (such as ladders) is required

– A zoom call a week before the wedding to run through, sense check and finalise you’re styling and set up plans and logistics.

– Third party supplier recommendation

– Take down and pack up of Toast props the following day

– WhatsApp Contact from the week before so you have direct access to me for any last-minute queries or changes to your set up plans

This service starts from £600.00*

Toast Mentor Session

Use a Toast Mentor Session to give you confidence in your vision for your wedding day. It’s an opportunity to kick start your wedding design journey, get inspirational ideas along with practical support and guidance to help you realise a cohesive look throughout your wedding decor.

Couples that have a good idea how they want their day to look but want a sounding board and some professional guidance and advice on how to bring their ideas to life

The session takes place via zoom. For an additional cost sessions can also take place at your chosen venue or in person.

During our session I’ll offer a design and styling ‘soundcheck’, of your ideas, cut through any Pinterest overwhelm and ensure you have the right foundations in place to execute your vision in the best possible way. I’ll offer ideas and inspiration to help you achieve your desired look, including prop hire and placement suggestions and third-party supplier recommendation.

I can also offer tips to keep your budget in check, without compromising your creativity

We’ll also discuss logistics, to ensure your day runs smoothly and troubleshoot any potential issues.

 

£100.00 for a 60-minute zoom session

For ‘in person’ or sessions at your venue please costs will vary depending on travel time and distance

 

This service is refundable should following our session you wish to take advantage of my ‘Toast Signature Styling’ or ‘Toast Lend a Hand’ service

Breakdown

If you’re flying off on honeymoon straight after the revelries or know that a sore head may not be conducive to clearing up the day after, then why not leave it to us? We’ll return the following day to break down, clean and pack up all the Toast props you’ve hired, so you don’t have to.
